How Kindtide handles personal information collected through this website.

Kindtide ("we", "us") is an Australian talent practice. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through kindtide.com.au and related temporary hosting addresses used before the custom domain is connected.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, enquiry type, service interest and message. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the form securely (for example, an IP address used for rate limiting).

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to understand your request and respond. Submitting an enquiry is not permission to add you to marketing lists. We do not sell personal information.

Job applications

Job applications are handled through Manatal via the Jobs page and careers portal. Do not upload resumes or sensitive employment documents through the contact form. Manatal has its own privacy practices for application data.

Storage and retention

Enquiry emails are delivered to Kindtide's business inbox through our email provider (Resend). We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then delete or archive it in line with ordinary business practice.

Disclosure

We may share enquiry information with service providers who help us run the website and email delivery, strictly for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by Australian law.

Access and correction

If you would like to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, contact us at sarah@kindtide.com.au. We will respond as promptly as practicable.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The version on this page is the current notice. Last updated: 14 September 2026.

This notice is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Kindtide may refine the wording as the business grows.

Acknowledgement of Country

Kindtide acknowledges the Wadawurrung People and the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung People of the Eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters where we live and work across the Bellarine Peninsula and Melbourne.

We recognise their enduring connection to Country and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We honour the strength, wisdom and continuing cultures of First Nations peoples and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.

As a talent practice shaping workplaces across Australia, we have a responsibility to foster fairness, representation and genuine inclusion. We commit to listening, learning and supporting workplaces where First Nations peoples have opportunity, voice and leadership.

May we walk gently, act with integrity and help the tide of equity continue to rise.
